Do library subscriptions allow text and data mining?
All publishers have restrictions against mass content downloading. Using automated software or manually clicking to download a large set of articles is not allowed unless certain restrictions are followed. If you need to create a large dataset, please follow the restrictions listed by publisher below.
Cross Ref offers an API that can search multiple publishers at once. More information can be found at https://www.crossref.org/documentation/retrieve-metadata/rest-api/text-and-data-mining/
