How do I find out if a journal is peer reviewed?
Link to Ulrichsweb. This Global Serials Directory is a database which lists peer reviewed journals.
If the journal title you enter in the search box is peer reviewed you will see a referee's shirt symbol next to the journal listing after you complete your search. (see image below).
You can also use the "Advanced Search" in Ulrichsweb to enter a subject then limit your subject search to “peer reviewed” status using the "Key Feature" limit box. The results list includes published peer-reviewed journals for the subject you entered.
