Submit a job via email

Instructions

  1. Submit a file to be printed by emailing it to makerspace@byu.edu.
    • If the file is too large to email, then upload and share the file through Google Drive, Dropbox, or another file-sharing service.
    • If you’re unfamiliar with how to use Google Drive, call us at (801) 422-8981 and we’ll be happy to walk you through it.
  2. Be sure to specify the exact size your print should be (remembering that our biggest roll of paper is 44″).
  3. We like 24 hours’ notice, but if you call ahead to see how backed up we are, we can tell you how long the wait would be.
  4. When your print job is finished, you will receive an email. You can then pick up your job at the The Makerspace on the fourth floor of the Library.
  5. You will be charged via your BYU Cougar Cash account when you pick your print job up, so please have your card ready when you come.
