• Visit the Help Desk for reference assistance and help with finding books, microfilms, or other collection materials, and using databases
• Help with family history is available in person for faculty and students or virtually for the general public
• Virtual family history classes and webinars are available
• Scanning equipment is available for preserving family memories
• For FamilySearch microfilms, first check the FamilySearch Catalog to obtain the film number of the microfilm or microfiche, then check if BYU has it using the Search for FamilySearch microfilm and microfiche at the BYU Library.
• To find other microforms besides FamilySearch, search for them using the BYU Library Search.
