Responsible for the Library’s programs related to research consultations and library instruction. Administers all discipline-specific and specialized service points, including help desks for the Humanities, the Sciences, the Social Sciences, Special Collections, Music, Religion, Family History, the Experiential Lab, the Experiential Studio, Geospatial Services & Training, Media Production, Software Training, the Multimedia Lab, Online Learning, and the Research and Writing Center. Administers the subject librarian liaison program and programs of the Special Collections curators. Also has responsibility for the Library Instruction program and the Education in Zion Gallery in the Joseph F. Smith Building.
