Where do I get a Library Exit Memo?

Exit Memos are documents which allow persons to remove items other than checked out books from the Library. 

Exit Memos must be shown to the Security Guards before attempting to leave the building with the item in hand.

Exit Memos are available in the Library Administrative Office (LAO) 2060 HBLL - Level 2  (801) 422-2905
