Florence Nightingale: Life and Legacy
This exhibit celebrates the life and contributions of Florence Nightingale. Known as the “lady with a lamp,” Nightingale is considered the founder of modern nursing, as well as contributing to the fields of public health, statistics, and nursing education. The exhibit features manuscripts and books written by and about Nightingale from the L. Tom Perry Special Collections, and is located on the main floor of the Harold B. Lee Library. The Lee Library and the College of Nursing are joint sponsors of this exhibition.
Additionally, an online exhibition is available with more items and more commentary than the actual exhibition could accommodate.
