An Email alert is sent to the patron advising when the article is available -- usually 24 hours. It should be a great time saver for our Grad Students! Jordan and all:

Reference materials are kept at the reference desks and can't be pulled by the document delivery staff. Thanks for asking. See "check-out privileges" on the library webpage under SERVICES. We allow 50 items to be checked out at a time for a 13 week period with renewals allowed. AND we are happy to negotiate an extended item limit if the patron's need isn't met with the standard limit.
