This morning at 9am, the new ALSC award winning books for 2009 were announced!  Below we have listed the Caldecott Medal and Honor Books; the Newbery Medal and  Honor Books; the Printz Medal and Honor Books; and the Sibert Medal and Honor Books.  Please click here to get the complete list of awards and the books they were bestowed upon this year.

Caldecott Medal:
