New Happenings in Advanced Writing!

As we begin this Semester/Term, we’d like you to know of some new changes going on with Library  Advanced Writing:

  • The Advanced Writing Research Tutorial has been revised and is available to help take you to the next level of research expertise.   Please completed before your Advanced Writing Library Session.
  • The Library Tour is no longer required for Advanced Writing students.  If, however, you are new to the university, we recommend your taking the tour so that you will know of the locations and main library services and collections.
  • Writing and Research Labs are open during Fall and Winter Semesters. Get help writing any paper and locating books and articles on your research topic. Tues, Wed, and Thurs evenings from 6-9 p.m. in 2232 HBLL, Level 2 (2nd floor of the library by the Religion/Family History area) and 12-4 p.m. in the Information Commons, Level 3. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments can be made at: https://wrlab.lib.byu.edu/During Spring and Summer Terms, no formal Writing and Research Labs will be held. However, if you need research assistance, Please e-mail library_instruction@byu.edu with the questions you have and we’ll help you get the assistance you need.
