Information Commons Computers
Information Commons collaborative learning stations facilitate group work for at least two or more (up to six) students.
Access to 150 HP computers is available in the Information commons with campus and library supported software.
Patrons have access to the CanoScan LiDE 60 scanners (30) located at many of the computer work stations in the Information Commons Area. These are flatbed scanners that have a maximum supported media size of 8.5 x 11.7 with a 48-bit internal and 48-bit external color depth (bit-depth). The LiDE 60 has a maximum optical resolution of 1200 dpi.
Patrons also have access to a HP Color LaserJet Color Copier/Scanner which will copy a document or e-mail it as a pdf. The e-mail service is free of charge. The flat bed scanner supports all commonly used media sizes including legal, A3, and A4 sizes. It has an optical resolution of 1200 X 600 dpi with a 30-bit color depth.
