Interlibrary Loan Lending services are for other libraries and authorized information organizations wishing to request items from the Harold B. Lee Library. We do not accept requests from individuals.

Requests accepted via: OCLC; DOCLINE; RAPID; online request form; and ALA/IFLA forms received via email, fax, mail, or Ariel.
Online request form preferred over ALA/IFLA forms.

Loan period

- 2 weeks* for microfilm, Asian collection, locked case, music scores, theses/dissertations, and government documents
- No renewals
Multivolume works
- Will loan up to 4 volumes print material and 5 reels microfilm
Non-circulating
- Reference, reserve, periodicals, microfiche, government document microform, juvenile, maps, audiovisual, special collections.
Shipping
- USPS Library Rate
- FedEx for rushes; 2-week loan items*; and GWLA, UALC, and SHARES participants
- Airmail to Hawaii, Alaska, and foreign countries
* 2-week loan items must be returned via UPS or FedEx.
