Frustrated With Us?

For all of you who are frustrated with the difficulties you have been having with Interlibrary Loan lately we apologize. ILLiad, the system we use for managing our Interlibary Loan requests, has just been upgraded and that caused some bumps. Please bear with us while we work to fix these issues.
I cannot seem to log into request a book on the interlibrary loan. I am a BYU student, but whenever I type in my ID and password it says they are invalid and I don’t see any way to register. Please help, I need an article for one of my classes. email me at kyrie.jones@gmail.com, thanks
Sometimes the web is not recognizing passwords. If you go to Route Y and go to Miscellaneous, change password, you can change your route y password, then, immediately change it back to your normal password. This somehow jumpstarts the ILL system and you will then be able to log into the ILL website without a problem. If this does not work, contact the ILL office for some deeper sleuthing to find the reason behind the problem.
