The ILL office received our 500,000 request since we migrated to our current request management system, ILLiad, in 2001.

Over the past decade we have delighted serving the BYU community in bringing to you all the research materials you need from a variety of libraries, including some hard-to-find items from overseas!

Our 500,000th request came to us from an undergraduate student, Emily Snow. We received her requested item and when she came to pick it up we greeted Emily with a gift bag and a BYU Bookstore Gift Card. Congratulations, Emily and thanks for using our service!

We look forward to the next 500,000 requests!

Requested ILL and FDS items can be picked up in our office, 3421 HBLL, and our hours are 8 am to 6pm. If we are closed please ask the Circulation Desk to retrieve the books needed. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish everyone a Happy Holiday season.
