To search for a journal title –
Click on the Advanced Search
In the first box put your search topic (or have a search topic from a previous thesaurus search)
In the second box put the title of the journal
Using the pull down menu after the second box select SO Journal Title
OR –
Put your search topic in the top box and then put the journal title in the box after the light green bar that is titled Journal Name
To search for Educational Studies or Practitioner Journals
Click on the Advanced Search
In the first box put your search topic (or have a search topic from a previous thesaurus search)
In the box after the light green bar that is titled Publication Type select:
Numerical/Quantitative Data; Reports – Evaluative; Reports – Descriptive; or Reports – Research for educational studies
Guides – Classroom – Teacher; Guides – General; or Opinion papers for Practitioner studies.
