Ready for Kindergarten?

The New York Times recently posted an online debate about children’s readiness for kindergarten (http://www.nytimes.com/roomfordebate/2011/06/12/whos-ready-for-kindergarten?)  No matter where you stand on the debate if age four is to early or age six to late, understanding the complexities surrounding early childhood education is important.  For more information on a variety of topics related to early childhood curriculum and students check out these new books in the library:
