Scholarly Communication: Supporting faculty scholarship, publishing and teaching
Whether making research outcomes available or highlighting the best creative and scholarly work that happens in the classroom, the Harold B. Lee Library has a range of tools to help faculty improve the visibility of their work and manage digital scholarship.
1. ScholarsArchive is an open access digital repository that assists faculty in organizing and sharing their scholarly and creative work. Faculty can submit their work or contact HBLL’s Scholarly Communications unit for assistance.
2. The Scholarly Periodicals Center features digital journals and periodicals edited or created by BYU faculty. HBLL can assist editors in digitizing print back issues for online accessibility and also supports digital publishing.
3. The Electronic Theses and Dissertations collection features mores than 2,500 works submitted by students to BYU Graduate Studies.
4. BYU’s Copyright Licensing Office offers many online resources to help authors understand how to manage and retain rights to their own work.
