Company Financials

Factiva
It provides world-class global content, including Dow Jones and Reuters newswires and The Wall Street Journal -in a single service. Factiva’s research products provide a single point of access to a deep archive of news and business information not available on the free Web, allowing users to conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, regional affairs – or any news.  Click on the “Companies/Markets” tab at the top of the screen, then click on “Company”, enter the company’s name or ticker symbol, and then choose the “Financial Results” tab on the left and you can choose different statement types.

LexisNexis Academic
This database includes EDGAR filings, annual & quarterly reports & proxy statements. Go to “Lexis Nexis”, Click on “Business”, Click on “SEC Filings and Reports”, write down the company’s name.

Annual Report Service
You can access annual reports for free.

EDGAR
Financial reports, of U.S. corporations from reports submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), includes annual reports, quarterly reports, balance sheet, income statement, security activity and analysis and much more.  Click ”Search for Company Filings” and then click ”Latest Filings”.

Morningstar Library Services Online
Morningstar provides information, data and analysis of stocks, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, closed-end funds, and variable annuity/life subaccounts.  Under Reports and Returns enter a company’s name or ticker symbol and click “Go”, then on the left click on the “Financial Statements” tab for a brief overview or click on the “SEC Filings” for the actual reports.

Disclosure Reports
These reports are available full-text through LexisNexis Academic. Go “Academic Universe”, Click on “Business”, Click on “company financial”, change “Source” to “Disclosure Reports”. These reports provides financial information on companies from the United States, including detailed information on approximately 12,000 large corporations. The information is primarily derived from the financial reports and other disclosure statements which publicly traded U. S. companies are required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS)
Best known for its holdings of historical financial data from CRSP and COMPUSTAT. This data covers over 30,000 companies and includes security prices and trading volume, income and balance sheet items. 

Hoover’s
Includes company overview, history, products/operations on more than 18,500 public and private U.S. companies and international companies. Covers major industry trends, industry links, and IPO information. 
  Go to the “Companies” tab, type in the company name, click on the exact company you want, then click “SEC Filings”, and then go through and choose the filing you want.
