This now-classic tale of the boys delivering a piano to a home atop a long, steep flight of stairs was Laurel & Hardy’s only Academy Award-winning film. Also to be shown are classic shorts that include Brats (1930), where they play their own children; Helpmates (1931), when Stan tries to help Oliver clean up his home after a “wild party” before his wife returns; and Going Bye-Bye! (1934), that has the boys trying to get out of town after helping convict a criminal who manages to get his own unique revenge!
